What do my Association dues cover?
Street Lights, Gate Telephone, Property Taxes, Lawn Maintenance/Care in front of the community entrance etc.
Are there initiation fees for new owners?
Yes. The fee is $750.
What if I want to make an improvement (ie Paint exterior of house, install a fence)?
Please complete a Property Modification Form and submit to HOA for approval.

Who should be contacted about nusiance animals?
We suggest that you try to work the situation out with the neighbor whose animal you are having difficulty with. If this is not possible then you need to contact Animal Control. They can be reached at 770-339-3200. Animal Control will only respond to the individual who witnesses any infractions of Animal Control Ordinances.

Who should be contacted if the gate stops working?
Contact the HOA ASAP and we will work with Iron Fence for a speedy resolution.
Who should be contacted to report a community violation?
Contact the HOA and provide as much details on violation and we will work with the home owner on a resolution.

Meet The Board
The Gates at Azalea Ridge is a community that strives to keep a clean & friendly environment for our homeowners. We just have some simple rules to abide by, in order to make that happen.
Trash cans should be properly stored and put out only on garbage collection days (Wednesday).
Parking is not permitted on the streets except for loading and unloading.
Do not block sidewalks with automobiles. Sidewalks are community property and for use by all pedestrians.
Parking is not permitted on both sides of the street – keep our streets accessible for emergency and fire vehicles at all times.
Report any suspicious activity to the Gwinnett County Police Department.
Be considerate of others and always remove waste from your pet from all areas outside of your personal property.
Pets must remain under owner control when not on homeowner property, such as on a leash.
Outdoor seasonal displays, banners, signs, etc should be displayed only during the appropriate season.
Be courteous of your neighbors and minimize noise levels that could be a nuisance such as cars with loud mufflers and/or music, barking dogs etc.
Any outdoor structure or improvement added to your home requires submission of a Property Modification Form to the HOA Board.
