Have Additional Questions? We Want to Answer Them.

The Gates at Azalea Ridge is a community that strives to keep a clean & friendly environment for our homeowners. We just have some simple rules to abide by, in order to make that happen.

  • Trash cans should be properly stored and put out only on garbage collection days (Wednesday).

  • Parking is not permitted on the streets except for loading and unloading.

  • Do not block sidewalks with automobiles.  Sidewalks are community property and for use by all pedestrians.

  • Parking is not permitted on both sides of the street – keep our streets accessible for emergency and fire vehicles at all times.

  • Report any suspicious activity to the Gwinnett County Police Department.

  • Be considerate of others and always remove waste from your pet from all areas outside of your personal property.

  • Pets must remain under owner control when not on homeowner property, such as on a leash.

  • Outdoor seasonal displays, banners, signs, etc should be displayed only during the appropriate season.

  • Be courteous of your neighbors and minimize noise levels that could be a nuisance such as cars with loud mufflers and/or music, barking dogs etc.
