Our homeowners are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of members through a number of community services. Founded in 2012, we strive to implement effective leadership and go the extra mile to ensure your experience with us is pleasant and hassle-free.

The Gates at Azalea Ridge is a community that strives to keep a clean & friendly environment for our homeowners. We just have some simple rules to abide by, in order to make that happen.

Trash cans should be properly stored and put out only on garbage collection days (Wednesday).

Parking is not permitted on the streets except for loading and unloading.

Do not block sidewalks with automobiles. Sidewalks are community property and for use by all pedestrians.

Parking is not permitted on both sides of the street – keep our streets accessible for emergency and fire vehicles at all times.

Report any suspicious activity to the Gwinnett County Police Department.

Be considerate of others and always remove waste from your pet from all areas outside of your personal property.

Pets must remain under owner control when not on homeowner property, such as on a leash.

Outdoor seasonal displays, banners, signs, etc should be displayed only during the appropriate season.

Be courteous of your neighbors and minimize noise levels that could be a nuisance such as cars with loud mufflers and/or music, barking dogs etc.

Any outdoor structure or improvement added to your home requires submission of a Property Modification Form to the HOA Board.
